With this plug-in, you can create personalized responses in seconds. Another good Potolook module is Highlighter. Remember what happens when corresponding with a customer support address. You send them a message, they reply and quote your original message then you reply and quote their previous reply plus your original message, etc. Finally you end up with an unreadable jumble of multilevel quotations. Highlighter can help you by coloring and styling quotes of different level. A Quick Viewer for Attachments is another handy tool of this package that allows you to quickly view attached images and documents without the need to first save them.
