Attachment Processor is a powerful multifunctional manager of attached files in the Microsoft Outlook messages. Actual Contacts for Outlook(ACO) is a Microsoft Outlook add-in for updating your address book and monitoring validity of e-mail addresses in the contacts. Select the contacts you wish to update and ACO will send them a message containing a form to fill. The respondents will be able to update their data in your address book by filling out the form. Public ShareFolder make it possible for several users to share Outlook® PST file at the same time. The shared Outlook® PST files with full access and rights for read and write. To share contacts, calendars inboxes or tasks, are one of he most important functions of groupware solutions. The program Public ShareFolder supplies this alternative access with all Outlook® versions (97-2003).
Normally it is not possible without a Microsoft® Exchange® server to use Microsoft® Outlook® together in a network to share these information's and functionality directly in Microsoft® Outlook® with every rights.
As base, Public ShareFolder use here an Outlook® data file (PST) for a Public Folder. This programs share not only contacts or dates, it shares the hole Outlook® PST file.
Whether it concerns now contacts, dates, functions or post office inbox, a central enterprise further accesses to an Outlook® structure is possible with this program.
All co-workers can use the same contacts. Each co-workers can see who has which date or who is busy with which task.
They have all functionalities on this central Outlook® as in a personal Outlook® file. Write rights, reader-genuine or rules assistant. All built-in functions are preserved also in the Public ShareFolder. The existing Outlook® network does not have to be modified. Add Contacts automatically adds e-mail addresses to the contacts folder when you reply to a message and/or send a new message. This will help you avoid losing addresses of people you correspond with. Moreover, the collected addresses can be used for mail filtering. For example, you can use the Rule Wizard to have messages from certain senders (whose addresses are in the address book) placed in a separate folder to ensure that their message will be dealt with greater priority and no important messages will be lost with deleted spam. Some spam filters also check the contact folder to rule out erratic responses to recognised senders. When a contact is being created, the add-in attempts to detect the name corresponding to the e-mail address automatically. So, if you have received a message from the address "John Smith" [smith@mail.com], the new contact created by the program will be named John Smith. However, if name detection fails, the add-in attempts to retrieve it from the message body itself. For example, if your message begins with the string "Dear John, :", the program will automatically extract the name from the greeting and create a contact named John. You can disable automatic name detection in the program settings. You can also enable the option - category assigning of created contacts. If a category is assigned to a message while sending, the same category will be assigned to the created contact. You can choose any folder as the contact destination, either in your personal mailbox or in public folders on Microsoft Exchange server. When adding a contact, Add Contacts checks the folder for possible duplicates. In the program settings, you can also instruct Add Contacts to search for contact duplicates, over all contact folders in your personal mailbox besides the specific destination folder. Add-in Send Personally (SPE) is designed to send messages to a great number of recipients via Microsoft Outlook 2000-2003. Add-in offers an alternative method of sending messages from Outlook, separate message being created for each recipient. The final recipient will get no information about the other recipients. Moreover, he/she will see only his/her name and address in the "To" field, as if the message was sent only to him/her. The main problem with sending messages through Outlook is that Outlook shows all the recipients in the message heading. If the recipient list is relatively small, this doesn't result in any considerable inconvenience. However, if a message is sent to hundreds of recipients, its heading size might many times exceed the size of the message text and all attachments thereto. Send Personally offers an easy solution for the problem. And you won't need to perform any additional actions. The only thing you will have to do is to press the button "Send Personally" instead of the standard "Send" button (you will find it next to the latter). With Send Personally, no special setup procedures are needed: it is ready to use right upon installation. Additional features: 1. You can use macros (special expressions automatically replaced by recipient's personal data when sending a message) in message text. Using the macros, you can insert recipient's name, e-mail address, as well as the name of Outlook distribution list containing his/her address at the moment of sending, into a message. 2. When creating a message, you can choose addresses to be excluded from the distribution list. To do that, simply create a new Outlook distribution list which name starts with the word "exclude", add the addresses to be excluded into that list, and enter the list name along with the others into the "To" field of the message being created.
